Reclaimed Rubber production line.

The process scheme used in the project integrates five units and connected via PLC control modules. Five units include Crushing, Devulcanization, Refining/Forming, Testing and Environmental Protection.

The sub-units are controlled by PLC modules, so that full automation and remote control are achieved. Material transportation, hardware status, energy consumption and process parameters are all monitored and can be modified via a multi-language、user-friendly touch screen computer in each system. OULI’s system has been used by a number of European customers to manufacture reclaimed rubbers, feedback are very positive.

Place the reclaimed and devulcanized material for a shorter time to complete internal stress creep process. Then send the material into automatic refining/forming unit. After multi-stage shear extrusion, mechanical and chemical action, make sure the material has a particle size less than 100μm. After filtering and refining, put rubber material through an automatic winding and forming device to form dense plate-shaped material with

smooth surface. Packed outputs are inspected for quality before warehousing.

A: Refiner roller uses centrifugal casting roller with drilling holes on all sides. The roller has high hardness, good wear resistance, advanced cooling mode and high

productivity ratio.
